HOW TO FIND US

TRELISKA GUESTHOUSE IS NOW CLOSED.

It is undergoing conversion to holiday flats.

Hopefully in time for June 2017!

Thank you for your past custom.

The quickest route down to St Ives is via the A30. When you leave the A30 at the end of the Hayle bypass, you take the A3074 right into

St Ives via Carbis Bay.

As you pass through Carbis Bay you will begin to enter the outskirts of St.Ives and it is important to hug the coast, keeping the sea view on your right-hand side. When you come to a fork in the road with the 'St Ives Harbour Hotel' on the right, veer right towards the Town Centre heading along 'The Terrace'. Continue straight down 'Tregenna Hill' into the 'High Street'. At the T-Junction with Barclays Bank facing you and the Post Boxes on your left, turn left into Bedford Road and Treliska Guesthouse is situated 50 metres up the road on the right.

ST.IVES, with its gorgeous sandy beaches, glittering sea, clear air, amazing light, picturesque scenes and friendly hospitable people seems more like a slice of the Mediterranean. All year round it caters for holiday  makers of all ages from around the world .

It has won numerous awards for its magnificent floral displays in the 'Britain in Bloom' contest and it has an international traveller’s award for 'Best Seaside Resort in the UK'. Voted Number 6 in the TripAdvisor top 10 beaches in the world.

The life of St.Ives revolves round the town's splendid harbour filled with golden sand at low tide and, at high tide dotted with working fishing boats.

A warren of narrow, cobbled streets and alleyways leads you to some of the best art galleries, museums, shops, fine restaurants, cafes and friendly pubs.

The modern Tate Gallery is an all-year attraction with changing exhibitions. The Barbara Hepworth Museum is a marvellous memorial to the sculptress's life and work.

Visitors can enjoy an exhilarating selection of 4 beaches. Porthmeor is famed for its surfing, while sheltered Porthgwidden, the pretty Harbour Beach and Porthminster, with its very safe low-tide shallows, are all popular with families.
