The apartment is more like a maisonette, spread over Ground, 1st Floor and 2nd Floor.
Outside the house are double yellow lines (no parking) however you are able to stop and unload. The reserved parking space is in the Station car park, 7 mins walk away.
The ground floor entrance is from a common area. On entering the apartment there is storage for pushchairs, surfboards and suitcases in the private entrance hall.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There are stairs to the 2nd floor where the 2 bedrooms are located. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and the other has en-suite toilet and handbasin.
The house is South facing so it is always sunny and bright.
